Good site management doesn’t just mean a superb finished result. It can also save a significant amount of time an money.

We are proud of our efficient, clean and professional site management, and of our ability to stick firmly to both time and cost schedules.

Our site managers are the people who make our business what it is. These are often the individuals who you will meet first at Three Valley, and they are the people who manage our tradesmen who do your jobs. Some site managers may have a couple of people in their team. Others may be responsible for many more.

They are chosen because they know that if a job starts late or finishes late, or if anything else goes wrong throughout the course of a job - it is their problem to sort it out. They don't shed responsibility. They are can do people, and they are vital to Three Valley and everything we believe in. We hope you appreciate them as much as we do.

All site managers and Three Valley building teams are trained in accordance with Three Valley’s Health and Safety Policy. Three Valley work closely in making sure all jobs have suitable safety procedures in place.

Putting our skills to work

We can turn our skills to a variety of contract types. We are experts in the restoration and refurbishment of period properties along with new build bespoke contracts.

Whatever the type of contract, from prestige to budget level, it will receive precisely the same level of care and expertise.

Standards

We carry out all works to Building Regulations Approval and to the relevant Construction Design Management standards whilst installing a strict code of Health & Safety on and off site.
